I was already a bit stressed when I reached out, and having to chase them a few times just to get a response didn’t help. When they did reply, the answers felt rushed and didn’t really fix my issue. Maybe they were just busy, but it was still frustrating. For the price, I expected better customer service. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I wouldn’t be rushing to order again.

I was disappointed with the customization options. I expected to be able to make it feel more like my own, but there were barely any choices, so it just didn’t really work for me.

I was able to use the website and place my order without any major problems, so it’s not like anything was broken or impossible to figure out. That said, the whole experience felt a bit clunkier than I expected. A few pages took longer to load than I would’ve liked, and when I was trying to find the sizing information, I had to click around more than seemed necessary. I did eventually find what I needed, and checkout went through fine in the end, but it just felt like the site could use some tidying up. If everything were a little more organized and easier to navigate, it would make shopping there feel a lot more straightforward.

The kilt does look authentic, and the tartan felt like it was right, if that makes sense. I liked the overall look of it, but the stitching was kind of uneven in a few spots. Also, the sizing was off for me, so that was a bit frustrating. Delivery took longer than I was thinking it would too

I ordered my usual size, and before anyone says I should’ve checked the chart, I did. It still came nowhere close to fitting right. The waist was way too tight, and the length just felt strange. The return process was more annoying than it needed to be too. I definitely wouldn’t trust their size chart again

I was disappointed with the tartan. The colors and pattern just didn’t match what I was expecting, and compared to the real one I already have, it looked noticeably off. For something like a kilt, that really matters. The whole process also felt like it had too many steps for the end result to still be wrong, which made it even more frustrating. I wouldn’t order again if accuracy is important to you.

I ordered a kilt my first reaction when I tried it on was, “Ah, this isn’t quite right.” The sizing was a bit off, so I had to go through an exchange. To be fair, the staff did get back to me and explained what I needed to send back, so that part was straightforward.
The only thing that bugged me was how long it took. I found myself checking my email and then ended up following up once because I wasn’t sure what was happening. The replacement did arrive eventually and it fits much better, but yeah, the exchange process could definitely be a bit smoother.

I mean... I was expecting a bit more for the price, honestly. The kilt looks decent enough from a distance, so it’s not like it’s awful or anything, but once I actually felt the material, it just seemed cheaper than I thought it would. Shipping was fine, no complaints there. It just didn’t feel like great value overall, especially since I’ve bought similar items for less before. So yeah, a bit disappointed.

I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. It felt scratchy and kind of stiff the whole day, and I kept noticing it instead of forgetting I was wearing it. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “it may soften up after a few wears,” but i don’t think I’d want to wear it long enough to find out.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The fabric feels really thin and cheap, and once I had it in my hands I kind of felt trapped with something I knew I wasn’t going to use. Definitely doesn’t feel worth the money.

I’m not gonna lie, the delivery was really disappointing. I expected it to show up within a normal timeframe, but it just dragged on and on, and I kept checking the tracking like something had gone wrong.

By the time it finally arrived, I was already irritated and didn’t even feel excited to open it anymore. If you’re ordering for a birthday, trip, event, or anything with a deadline, I wouldn’t take the chance. The slow delivery ruined the whole experience for me

I’m really pleased with what I received. The size was spot on and the tartan was exactly what I ordered. Delivery took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I’m satisfied and happy with the purchase.

My kilt showed up in this really thin bag with barely any protection. At first I thought maybe it was fine, actually no, the box was crushed and the kilt was all wrinkled inside. For what I paid, I expected much better packaging. Not really happy with how it arrived.

I returned my order and did eventually get my refund. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to send a couple of emails to get things moving. Not the worst experience, but definitely a little annoying.

I ordered from Scottishkiltco and unfortunately had to send it back because the sizing was off. I know sizing can be tricky with clothing, especially stuff like kilts where the fit really matters, but the whole return process was just not clear at all. I ended up digging around for info, then emailing them more than once just to figure out what I was supposed to do.

The replies took ages, and when someone finally did get back to me, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much. It was more like they were giving vague answers and hoping I’d go away. Maybe I’m just impatient, but waiting around for basic customer service makes me lose interest fast. I had a similar thing happen with a kitchen gadget once, and somehow returning a blender was easier than returning this.
On top of all that, I had to pay the return postage myself, which made the whole thing feel even less worth it. I’m still waiting on the refund longer than I expected, and at this point I’m just tired of chasing it. The product might work out for someone else, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.
